Learn to knit traditional Norwegian colorwork mittens!

Tuesday, January 20 & 27, February 10 from 4-6pm

These aran weight mittens are ideal for those new to colourwork knitting. Once you have made these, you should be able to knit colourwork mittens from a chart. In this 3-session class, we’ll guide you through the entire process, breaking it down step by step so you can knit with confidence and ease. 

You Will Learn: Different methods for knitting in the round, Colorwork techniques, Chart Reading, Increasing & Decreasing

Instructor: Heike 

Skill Level: Adventurous Beginner; Participants should be comfortable with casting on, binding off, knitting, and purling in the round.

Sizes: S/M & M/L

Materials We Provide: kit with the pattern and yarn needed for this project. Any Additional materials needed will be 10% off.

You will need to bring: US4 & US9 DPN or Magic Loop Circular needles
