• New, unused Yarn may be returned within 90 days of purchase.
• sale items, gift certificates, needles, books, magazines, patterns, & wound yarn is not returnable
  
• Shipping charges and in store services are non-refundable.
• Eligible returns with receipt may be made in our retail store in person or by mail (customer is responsible for return shipping charges)
