Hatsuki is a sleeveless summer tee in a relaxed size; knitted top down to the underarms and then joined in the round. The total length is intentionally cropped, but it can be extended as desired. We'll take you though every step of the process and help you to create a beautiful wardrobe staple with a professional finish.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
To take this class you must know basic sweater construction and be comfortable with the following techniques: long tail cast on, knit, purl, working in the round, working flat, Rights Side/Wrong Side, kfb, ssk, k2tog, p2tog, reading patterns, rib stitch, binding off.

Please buy your sweater materials at Knotty Knit. Be sure to show up to class on time with materials ready and swatch made if required. There will be homework!

Chest circumference: 43.75 (48.5, 53.25, 58, 62.5, 67.5)” / Recommended to be worn with 6-15.75” positive ease at chest. Both sample shown in size 2 with 16" positive ease.

Trio 2 by Isager Yarn (50% Linen / Flax, 30% Cotton, 20% Lyocell) - 50 g / 191 yards = 5 (5, 6, 7, 8, 8) balls.
Sparrow by Quince & Co (100% Organic Belgium Linen) - 50g / 168 yards = 6 (6, 7, 8, 10, 10) skeins.
Soft Lino by Laines du Nord (80% Linen + 20% Pima Cotton) - 50 g / 147 yds = 6 (7, 8, 9, 10, 11) balls.
Sonata by Noro (35% Cotton, 25% Viscose, 20% Silk, 20% Polyamide) 100g / 393 yards = 3 (3, 3, 4, 4, 4) skeins

You will also need:
Needles
US 2 (2.75 mm) circular needles for hem and armhole and neckline.
US 4 (3.5 mm) circular needles for body.
