Herriot Fine is a wonderful fingering weight yarn. By adding nylon to the already amazingly soft and smooth alpaca, it gains durability and strength. This yarn comes in a wide range of colors, and it just begs to be worn next to the skin. The warmth of alpaca mixed with the strength of nylon means this yarn would lend itself well to shawls and garments as well as socks.
